Acted as the trusted client representative for an integrated energy utility, overseeing the delivery and performance of three Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and five gas turbine power stations.
SCOPE
OT-IT (site-based, inter-sites SCADA and control systems, LAN and WAN, Internet of Things (IoT) architecture planning, design, project engineering and project management, reviews, workshops, support, and analysis.
Technical advice to (OT) related program of works across the business, and primarily to the OT and energy portfolio. This includes options analysis, prioritisation, preliminary design and scoping and business case development.
Implementation of relevant OT strategy initiatives, including the implementation IoT reference and decision framework.
