To be a highly valued, integrated part of tertiary life, known for our expertise and our ability to help students and graduates make successful career transitions.
We empower and enable graduates to develop both personally and professionally,
to build their career in the automation
and technology industry.
Our 12-month program provides:
Learning is focused on technologies adopted by our clients and will consist of face-to-face development initiatives as well as online learning, webinar and virtual classroom style interactions as part of the new age development journey.
Our leaders and mentors will share insights into their personal career and journey, to have a positive influence on graduates, as they start their career and are developing their career goals and expectations.
Each graduate will be assigned a buddy, who will show you the ropes, be a friendly face and help make introductions to feel connected. A mutually beneficial two-way relationship in which the sharing goal is to offer support, ideas and learn from each other to enhance the business.
Being able to delve into real-life projects and challenges will provide graduates with intensive, immersive and supportive “real work” learning experiences, with the support of a lab that house leading industry equipment suppliers.
You will attend networking events, to help build your own professional network and help develop your communication, interpersonal skills and build your technical knowledge.
