Graduate Program / 

Our 12-month program provides:

Customised Blended Learning / 

Learning is focused on technologies adopted by our clients and will consist of face-to-face development initiatives as well as online learning, webinar and virtual classroom style interactions as part of the new age development journey.

Access to Leaders & Mentors / 

Our leaders and mentors will share insights into their personal career and journey, to have a positive influence on graduates, as they start their career and are developing their career goals and expectations.

Meet your Buddy / 

Each graduate will be assigned a buddy, who will show you the ropes, be a friendly face and help make introductions to feel connected. A mutually beneficial two-way relationship in which the sharing goal is to offer support, ideas and learn from each other to enhance the business.

Real-Life Projects & Challenges / 

Being able to delve into real-life projects and challenges will provide graduates with intensive, immersive and supportive “real work” learning experiences, with the support of a lab that house leading industry equipment suppliers.

You will attend networking events, to help build your own professional network and help develop your communication, interpersonal skills and build your technical knowledge.

How to Apply / 

Stage 1 – Application

  • Before submitting your Cover Letter and CV ask someone to read and check for spelling/grammar.

Stage 2 – Informal Conversation

  • If successful, you will be invited to have a short virtual meeting in getting to know each other more.

Stage 3 – Face-to-Face Interview

  • If successful, you will be invited to interview with the Leadership Group.
  • You will need to bring along your original academic records so they can be sighted.
  • Look over your CV and think about how your experience can add to the role and what motivated you to apply.

Stage 4 – Reference Checks

  • We will notify you to provide referee details after the interview process so that reference checks can be completed.

Stage 5 – Successful Applicants

  • If you are successful, you will be notified by a phone call followed by a Letter of Offer.
  • Before you begin work, you will need to supply a National Criminal Record Check.
  • If you are unsuccessful, you will be notified by a phone call or email.
